These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1) Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use the Service.
By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2) The Service
CryptoForecast is a mobile application that provides crypto market signals and related analytics for selected digital assets (currently top-100 by market coverage on launch; coverage may change over time). Signals may include, for example: entry price, take profit, stop loss, timeframe, and confidence (%), and may be accompanied by historical signal statistics (including PnL).
Signals are generated by algorithmic and AI-based systems. The Service is informational and does not execute trades on your behalf.
3) No Financial Advice; No Guarantees
The Service is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.
You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions, including whether you act on any signal.
We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or profitability of any signal or any outcomes.
Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Markets are volatile. You may lose some or all of your funds. Use the Service at your own risk.
4) Accounts and Registration
Account creation is required. Supported login methods: Apple, Google, or email.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.
5) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit signals/content without our prior written approval.
Scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or underlying models (except to the extent permitted by applicable law).
Use bots or automation that overloads, probes, or interferes with the Service.
Attempt unauthorized access, bypass security, or introduce malware.
Use the Service for unlawful activities, sanctions evasion, or any activity that violates applicable law.
Misrepresent affiliation with CryptoForecast or impersonate others.
6) Intellectual Property
The Service, including algorithms, models, signal formats, text, design, and software, is owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
7) Subscriptions, Trials, and Payments
The Service may offer free and paid features (“Freemium”). Paid access may be offered via subscription.
Trial: A trial may be offered for 7 days (where available).
Subscription tiers: May vary, including based on limits on the number of signals you can view.
Billing & auto-renewal: Subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play typically auto-renew unless cancelled. You can manage and cancel through your Apple/Google account settings.
Payments: Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play (not by us).
Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies.
8) Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on third-party providers (e.g., platform login providers, analytics, notification services, market data providers). We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
9) Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, including for resale/public distribution, abuse (bots/scraping), fraud, violations of law or sanctions, or security threats.
Where permitted by law, we may suspend/terminate with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10) Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, trading losses, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the Service.
If you are a paid subscriber, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. If you paid no fees, our liability will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case, limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.
12) Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Turkey will have jurisdiction over disputes, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
13) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will notify you by email and/or within the App where practicable. The “Effective date” will be updated.

15) Apple / Google Platform Terms
You acknowledge that Apple and Google are not responsible for the Service. If you download the App from the Apple App Store, the App is licensed to you under the Apple Standard EULA, unless we provide a custom EULA in the App Store listing.
