This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use CryptoForecast.
1) What We Collect
A. Information you provide
Email address (if you sign up with email)
Account identifiers provided via Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In (and, where available, a name/avatar as provided by those services)
We do not ask for phone number, date of birth, wallet addresses, balances, or exchange API keys.
B. Information collected automatically
We minimize data collection. However, our service providers may process limited technical data necessary to operate the Service, such as:
basic app events (usage analytics)
notification delivery tokens (for push notifications)
crash/performance diagnostics (if enabled)
We do not intentionally collect precise geolocation.
2) SDKs and Service Providers
We use:
Firebase (push notifications)
Google Analytics (usage analytics)
OVH Cloud (hosting)
We do not use mobile attribution SDKs (e.g., AppsFlyer/Adjust) and do not run third-party ads in the App as of the Effective date.
3) How We Use Information
We use information to:
authenticate users and provide accounts
provide the Service (signals, alerts, favorites and preferences)
improve reliability and performance
provide support and send important service notices
send marketing emails where permitted and with opt-out
4) Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell personal data.
We may share information with:
service providers (hosting, analytics, notifications) to operate the Service
legal authorities if required by law
parties to a corporate transaction (e.g., merger/acquisition) with safeguards
We do not share data for third-party advertising.
5) Data Storage and International Transfers
We use OVH Cloud hosting. Data may be processed in countries where we or our providers operate. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used.
6) Data Retention
We retain account-related data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable time, unless retention is required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
7) Account Deletion
You can delete your account using the “Delete account” button in the App.
8) Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data and to object or restrict processing. Contact support@cryptoforecast.ai. We aim to respond within 30 days.
9) Email Communications
If we send marketing emails, you can opt out via the unsubscribe link.
10) Push Notifications
You can disable push notifications in your device settings and/or in-app settings (if available).
11) Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information. No method is 100% secure.
12) Children
The Service is not intended for children and is restricted to users 18+.
13) Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy. If changes are material, we will notify you by email and/or within the App where practicable, and we will update the Effective date.
