This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use CryptoForecast.
1) What We Collect
A. Information you provide
Email address (if you sign up with email)
Account identifiers provided via Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In — we store the provider's account identifier and, where the provider supplies one, an email address. Apple may substitute a private relay address, which we accept as-is. We do not receive or store a name or avatar.
We do not ask for phone number, date of birth, wallet addresses, balances, or exchange API keys.
B. Information collected automatically
We minimize data collection. When you sign in, we record the IP address and browser or device identifier of that session, so that you can review and revoke your sessions and so we can detect abuse. We also keep:
subscription records received from Apple or Google — the platform, the product purchased, transaction identifiers and dates — which we keep in order to grant your subscription and to restore it on your other devices
We do not intentionally collect precise geolocation.
2) SDKs and Service Providers
The App itself carries no analytics, crash-reporting or advertising SDK. What it talks to:
Apple and Google — only if you choose to sign in with them, and only to verify who you are.
Hetzner Online GmbH — hosting for the Service and its database, within the European Economic Area.
CoinGecko — asset icons and prices. Icons are loaded by the App directly from CoinGecko, so your device's IP address is visible to them, as it would be to any website serving an image.
We do not use mobile attribution SDKs (for example AppsFlyer or Adjust), we run no third-party advertising, and we do not collect usage analytics or crash diagnostics.
3) How We Use Information
We use information to:
authenticate users and provide accounts
provide the Service (signals, alerts, favorites and preferences)
improve reliability and performance
provide support and send important service notices
send marketing emails where permitted and with opt-out
4) Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell personal data.
We may share information with:
service providers (hosting, analytics, notifications) to operate the Service
legal authorities if required by law
parties to a corporate transaction (e.g., merger/acquisition) with safeguards
We do not share data for third-party advertising.
5) Data Storage and International Transfers
Your account and everything attached to it are stored on servers we rent from Hetzner Online GmbH, inside the European Economic Area. The Company is established in Türkiye, so our staff access that data from there; where required, appropriate safeguards are used.
6) Data Retention
We retain account-related data while your account is active. Deleting your account removes it and everything attached to it — sign-in sessions, tracked pairs, pinned signals, your subscription entitlement and the purchase records behind it — immediately and permanently. A backup taken beforehand still holds the account until it rotates out, within 30 days, and is never used to restore one.
7) Account Deletion
You can delete your account with the “Delete account” button in the App, under Profile. If you no longer have the app installed, write to support@cryptoforecast.ai from the address on the account. Full instructions and what is removed.
8) Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data and to object or restrict processing. Contact support@cryptoforecast.ai. We aim to respond within 30 days.
9) Email Communications
If we send marketing emails, you can opt out via the unsubscribe link.
10) Push Notifications
The App does not send push notifications yet. When it does, you will be asked to allow them, and you can withdraw that at any time in your device settings. This Policy and the App's store listing will be updated before any notification is sent.
11) Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information. No method is 100% secure.
12) Children
The Service is not intended for children and is restricted to users 18+.
13) Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy. If changes are material, we will notify you by email and/or within the App where practicable, and we will update the Effective date.
