Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Crypto Forecast account (published by INTELLECTERO YAZILIM GELİŞTİRME BİLİŞİM VE TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ) and exactly what happens to your data when you do.

Delete from inside the app

• Open Crypto Forecast and sign in.
• Tap your avatar in the top-right corner of the Signals screen to open Profile.
• Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
• Confirm when asked. The deletion happens immediately.

Delete by email

If you no longer have the app installed, write to support@cryptoforecast.ai from the email address on the account, with the subject Delete my account. If you signed in with Apple and used the private relay option, send it from that relay address so we can match it to your account. We complete the deletion within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Deleting the account removes it and everything attached to it, immediately and permanently. There is no recovery period:

• your email address and, where you set one, your password;
• the identifier your Apple or Google account is linked by;
• your sign-in sessions, including the IP address and device recorded with each;
• the pairs you track and the signals you pinned;
• your subscription entitlement — which tier you hold and until when;
• the purchase records we keep in order to grant and restore that subscription.

What is kept, and for how long

• Server logs. Our web server records the time, address and result of each request. They are rotated automatically and we keep no long-term archive of them. Once the account is deleted they hold nothing that identifies it.
• Database backups. A backup taken before the deletion still contains the account until that backup is rotated out, which happens within 30 days. Backups are never used to restore a deleted account.
• Nothing else. We keep no shadow copy and no anonymised profile of a deleted account.

Your subscription is separate

A subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play is billed by Apple or Google, not by us, and deleting your Crypto Forecast account does not cancel it. Cancel it yourself before deleting the account, otherwise it keeps renewing:

• iPhone or iPad — Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
• Android — Google Play → your profile picture → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
